Since retiring from the Navy Seabees (Mobile Construction Battalion), he has been successfully working in the construction industry and is sought after for his construction management capabilities. Gary is a qualified Seabee Combat Warefare Specialist (SCWS).

Lon has successfully worked in the environmental cleanup industry for the last 13 years; prior to that he spent 6 years overseeing the financial management of companies like Eagle Bay. He has extensive experience managing federal contracting and procurement and has developed strong strategic teaming alliances with federal prime large businesses

Marty is a professional engineer and geologist with 20 years of experience with environemtnal investigation, remediation, and restoration. He has managed more than $150M in federal environmental programs.
